子宫内膜去分化癌7例临床病理特点 被引量：1

摘要 子宫内膜去分化癌(dedifferentiated endometrial carcinoma,DEC)是一种罕见类型的子宫内膜癌,2006年Silva等[1]首先提出,2014年最新版WHO女性生殖器官肿瘤分类中将其正式列为子宫内膜癌的独立类型[2]。国内文献多为个案报道。本文收集7例子宫去分化癌病例,结合国内外相关文献,对其病理诊断及鉴别诊断进行总结,并对临床治疗和预后进行初步分析,便于引起对该肿瘤的重视。
