"两个毫不动摇"思想是马克思主义中国化时代化的发展,马克思在《共产党宣言》中提出"共产党人可以把自己的理论概括为一句话:消灭私有制"。在1859年又提出"两个决不会"的思想,在《资本论》第三卷中进一步提出扬弃私有制的思想,反映了马克思对所有制问题的分析是遵循规律的。总书记提出的发展混合所有制经济是"两个毫不动摇"思想的深化和细化,实现了中国特色社会主义经济关系和市场经济发展要求的内在统一。新时代中国特色社会主义经济发展必须坚持"两个毫不动摇"的思想,既按照市场经济的一般规律同时遵循现代经济发展的共同规律,更好发挥政府和市场两方面的优势。

The thoughts of the"Two never hesitations"are the development of Socialist Market Economy Sinicization and modernization of Marxism.As Marx put it in the communist manifesto,communists could summarize their theory in one sentence:"Eliminate the private ownership".In 1859,he put forward the idea of"Two nos",and in the third volume of Das kapital he further put forward the idea of abandoning private ownership.Marx’s analysis of ownership is in accordance with the laws.General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed that the development of the mixed ownership economy is the deepening and refinement of the thoughts of the"Two never hesitations",which realized the internal unity of the socialist economic relations with Chinese characteristics and the requirements of the market economy’s development.In the new era,we must follow the general rules of the market economy and the common rules of modern economic’s development,and give full play to the advantages of the government and the market.
