摘要 针对DPF主动再生系统中燃油喷射单元IU工作雾化夹角要求和易积碳、滴漏等问题,设计了一种新型喷嘴,通过灵活选取喷嘴芯前端圆台夹角可以很好地满足雾化夹角要求,并且通过圆台与喷嘴体的密封可以很好地解决易积碳和滴漏等问题.本文应用Fluent模拟了相同压力和相同倾斜角的情况下,不同夹角喷嘴的喷射雾化情况,以及喷嘴出口截面径向位置上的压力、径向速度、轴向速度的变化情况,得到了不同夹角对喷嘴射流的影响规律.结果表明该喷嘴结构具有良好的雾化效果,本研究可为不同雾化夹角要求和不同场合的喷嘴设计提供参考. Aiming at the requirement of atomization angle and the problems of easy carbon deposition and drip leakage in the fuel injection unit IU of DPF initiative regeneration system,a new nozzle was designed.The requirement of atomization angles could well be satisfied by flexibly selecting the angle of circular truncated cone in front of nozzle core,and the problems of easy carbon deposition and leakage could be well solved by the sealing of circular truncated cone and the nozzle body.At the same pressure and the inclination angle,the influence law of different angle on nozzle jet was simulated with Fluent software,included that injection atomization situation of nozzle with different angles,and changes of pressure,radial velocity and axial velocity at radial position of outlet cross-section in the nozzle.The results show that the nozzle structure has good atomizing effect.The study can provide a reference for the nozzle design under the requirement of different atomization angles and different occasions.
