腹腔镜微创手术对卵巢良性肿瘤患者术后恢复及卵巢功能的影响

Effect of minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery on postoperative recovery and ovarian function in patients with benign ovarian tumor

目的探讨腹腔镜微创手术在卵巢良性肿瘤患者中的治疗效果。方法选择2013年1月1日至2018年12月1日本院收治的卵巢良性肿瘤患者60例,使用随机数字表法将所有患者分为2组,各30例。对照组予以传统开腹手术治疗,观察组实施腹腔镜微创手术治疗,比较两组患者术后恢复、卵巢功能变化及月经来潮情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者术中出血量较少,肛门排气及住院时间均较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组手术时间相对较长,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与术前相比,两组LH、FSH水平均升高,E2水平均降低,且观察组变化幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者月经来潮几率较对照组高(86.67%vs.60.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.455,P=0.020)。结论腹腔镜微创手术在卵巢良性肿瘤临床治疗中可产生显著应用效果,其能够显著促进患者术后恢复的同时,使卵巢功能得到明显改善,值得在临床广泛应用。

Objective To investigate the curative effects of minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery in patients with benign ovarian tumor.Methods 60 patients with benign ovarian tumor in the hospital from January 1,2013 to December 1,2018 were divided into two groups according to random number table,with 30 cases in each group.Control group underwent conventional open surgery,and observation group was treated with minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery.The postoperative recovery,changes of ovarian function,menstrual onset were compared between two groups.Results Compared with control group,the intraoperative bleeding volume of observation group was less,the anal exhaust time and hospital stays in observation group were shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The operation time of observation group was longer,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Compared with before surgery,the levels of LH and FSH in two groups increased,the levels of E2 in two groups decreased,and the changing range of observation group was larger than that of control group(P<0.05);The incidence of menstrual onset in observation group was higher than that in control group(86.67%vs.60.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.455,P=0.020).Conclusion Minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery for patients with benign ovarian tumor has significant effects,it can promote postoperative recovery and improve ovarian function,which is worthy of extensive clinical application.
