生肌止痛熏洗剂对痔疮术后患者疼痛程度及伤口愈合情况的影响

Effect of Shengji Zhitong fumigation-washing lotion on postoperative pain and wound healing in patients with hemorrhoids

目的观察生肌止痛熏洗剂对痔疮术后患者疼痛程度及伤口愈合情况的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年2月在本院接受手术治疗的300例痔疮患者为研究对象,按照随机双盲法将其分为两组,各150例。两组均行外剥内扎术治疗,对照组术后给予高锰酸钾溶液进行熏洗治疗,观察组术后给予生肌止痛熏洗剂治疗。观察两组疗效、疼痛程度、肛缘水肿程度及临床指标(疼痛消失时间、肛缘水肿消失时间、伤口愈合时间)。结果较对照组相比,观察组总有效率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组术后第3、5、10、15 d的VAS评分及肛缘水肿评分均高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);较对照组疼痛消失时间、水肿消失时间、创面愈合时间相比,观察组均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组熏洗治疗期间均未发生不良反应。结论生肌止痛熏洗剂可有效改善痔疮患者术后肛缘水肿程度,缓解术后创面疼痛程度,促进创面愈合,缩短患者术后伤口愈合时间,提高术后治疗效果,且熏洗治疗方法简便,耐受性及安全性较高,更易于患者接受。

Objective To observe the effect of Shengji Zhitong fumigation-washing lotion on postoperative pain and wound healing in patients with hemorrhoids.Methods 300 patients with hemorrhoids who underwent surgery in the hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the subjects.They were divided into two groups by randomized double blind method,with 150 cases in each group.Two groups were treated with Milligan-Morgan.After surgery,control group was given fumigation-washing lotion with potassium permanganate solution,and observation group was treated with Shengji Zhitong fumigation-washing lotion.The efficacy,pain degree,edema of anal edge and clinical indexes(disappearance time of pain,disappearance time of edema of anal edge,wound healing time)in two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);The postoperative 3 d,5 d,10 d,15 d scores of VAS and edema of anal edge in control group were higher than those in observation group(P<0.05);The disappearance time of pain,disappearance time of edema of anal edge,wound healing time in observation group were less than those in control group(P<0.05);There were no adverse reactions in two groups during treatment of fumigation-washing.Conclusion Shengji Zhitong fumigation-washing lotion for patients with hemorrhoids can effectively improve postoperative edema of anal edge,shorten postoperative wound healing time,increase curative effects,have easy operation,higher tolerance and safety,which is easier for patients to accept.
