无痛内镜下高频电切术对结肠息肉患者术中出血量及并发症的影响

Effect of painless endoscopic high-frequency electric resection on intraoperative blood loss and complications in patients with colonic polyps

目的探讨无痛内镜下高频电切术对结肠息肉患者术中出血量及并发症的影响。方法按随机数字表法将2013年1月至2018年12月就诊于本院的86例结肠息肉患者分为两组,各43例。对照组行开腹手术治疗,研究组行无痛内镜下高频电切术治疗。比较两组围术期指标、息肉摘除情况与术后并发症发生情况。结果研究组术中出血量、手术时间及术后卧床时间分别为(16.59±4.48)mL、(33.85±3.84)min、(2.43±1.15)d,均少于对照组的(157.48±18.59)mL、(137.28±12.29)min、(6.10±2.54)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组息肉摘除效果良好率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症总发生率为9.30%(4/43),低于对照组的27.91%(12/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结肠息肉患者行无痛内镜下高频电切术治疗效果显著,可缩短手术时间、减少术中出血量,息肉摘除更彻底且术后并发症发生率低,安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of painless endoscopic high-frequency electric resection on intraoperative blood loss and complications in patients with colonic polyps.Methods 86 patients with colon polyps who were admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases each.The control group underwent open surgery,and the study group underwent painless endoscopic high-frequency electric resection.Perioperative indicators,polyp removal and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss,operation time and bed rest time were(16.59±4.48)mL,(33.85±3.84)min,(2.43±1.15)d,respectively,which were less than the control group(157.48±18.59)mL.(137.28±12.29)min,(6.10±2.54)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The good rate of polypectomy in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total incidence of postoperative complications was 9.30%(4/43),which was lower than that of the control group 27.91%(12/43).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Patients with colon polyps have a significant effect on painless endoscopic high-frequency resection,which can shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,complete the removal of polyps,and have low postoperative complications and high safety.
