全程护理管理对腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术患者术后康复的影响

Effect of whole-course nursing management on postoperative rehabilitation in patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision

目的探讨全程护理管理对腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术患者术后康复的影响。方法选取2015年3月到2018年3月本院行腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术的患者60例,按照随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,两组均为30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施全程护理管理干预,比较两组康复效果、并发症。结果观察组康复效果较对照组理想,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后72 h观察组视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率6.67%(2/30)低于对照组的16.67%(5/30),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论全程护理管理可有效提高行腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术患者的康复效果,降低并发症发生率,可行性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of whole-course nursing management on postoperative rehabilitation in patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision.Methods 60 patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision who admitted in the hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were selected as subjects.All selected cases were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was given routine nursing,and observation group was given whole-course nursing management intervention.The rehabilitation effects and complications were compared between two groups.Results The rehabilitation effect of observation group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After surgery for 72 h,the score of visual analogue scale(VAS)in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in observation group[6.67%(2/30)]was lower than that in control group[16.67%(5/30)],but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Whole-course nursing management for patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision can increase rehabilitation effects and decrease the incidence of complications,which has higher feasibility.
