“联合、弹性、动态调配护士”在门诊采血室的应用体会

The experience of “joint,elastic and dynamic nurse” in the blood room

目的探讨合理安排门诊护士,满足门诊采血室各个时段的需求,降低患者等待时间,提高采血患者满意度。方法门诊护士联合弹性调配,保持采血室各个区域人员充足,保证采血患者及时采集血标本。结果通过“联合、弹性、动态调配护士”,保证了采血室各个时段的采集血标本及时性,患者的等待采血时间由原来的(40±7.90)min减到(17±5.67)min,t=3.443,P<0.05差异具有统计学意义。患者的满意度由调配前的80%升至95%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论“联合、弹性、动态调配护士”后,降低了采血患者的等待时间,提高了采血患者满意度。

Objective To discuss the reasonable arrangement of outpatient nurses to meet the needs of the blood collection room,reduce the waiting time of patients and improve the satisfaction of patients with blood collection.Methods the outpatient nurses combined flexible deployment,to keep the blood collection room in all areas of sufficient personnel,to ensure that blood collection patients timely collection of blood specimens.Results Through the“joint,elastic,and dynamic deployment of nurses”,the timeliness of blood collection in various periods of blood collection was guaranteed.The patient s waiting time for blood collection was reduced from(40±7.90)minutes to(17±5.67)minutes,t=3.443,P<0.05;The difference of 0.05 is statistically significant.Patients satisfaction increased from 80%before deployment to 95%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion“combined,flexible,dynamic deployment of nurses”reduced the waiting time of blood collection patients and improved the satisfaction of blood collection patients.
