冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞病变(CTO)为闭塞血管段前向血流TIMI 0级且闭塞时间≥3个月的病变。建立一个有效预测CTO血运重建成功率的评分系统,有助于CTO患者获得最佳术后结果和长期预后。本文总结近年来具有影响力的一些评分系统,包括J-CTO、CL、PROGRESS、ORA、CT-RECTOR和KCCT评分等,并对其适用情况、评价作一综述。

Chronic total occlusion(CTO)is defined by EroCTO as angiographic evidence of total occlusions with thrombolysis in myocardial infarction(TIMI)ow grade 0 and an occlusion time≥3 months.Establishment of a scoring system to predict the successful rate for revascularization strategy will be helpful to achieve the best procedure outcome and long-term prognosis for CTO patients.This paper summarizes most popular CTO scoring system,such as J-CTO score,CL score,PROGRESS score,ORA score,CT-RECTOR score and KCCT score,and reviews their application and efficacy.
