摘要
脂联素有增强胰岛素敏感性、抗高血糖、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗炎及抗纤维化、促进心肌存活、改善心脏能量代谢、减轻缺血/再灌注损伤和抑制心肌重塑等作用,本文对脂联素及其受体在心血管疾病中作用的研究进行综述。
Adiponectin is a small protein product that is secreted by adipocytes.It is a cytokine with a wide range of biological effects such as insulin sensitivity,anti-hyperglycemia,anti-atherosclerosis,anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrosis.Adiponectin plays a role in regulating myocardial survival,improving cardiac energy metabolism,reducing ischemia-reperfusion injury and inhibiting myocardial remodeling during cardiac injury,and plasma adiponectin levels are inversely related to cardiovascular and metabolic disorders.This review summarizes the advances in the role and mechanism of adiponectin and its receptors in cardiovascular diseases.
