摘要
目的分析氟西汀治疗肺癌合并抑郁症对外周血T淋巴细胞、血清白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-6(IL-6)的影响及其意义。方法选取2016年8月-2018年12月我院收治的104例肺癌合并抑郁症患者的临床资料进行分析,采用随机数字法分为两组。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予氟西汀治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者IL-2、IL-6、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、促甲状腺素(TSH)、T淋巴细胞亚群水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者BDNF、TSH、CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),IL-2、IL-6、CD8^+水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组1周、2周时汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、副作用量表(TESS)评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氟西汀治疗肺癌合并抑郁症,可降低患者炎性因子,改善其抑郁程度,降低不良反应发生率,安全性高。
Objective To analyze the effect of fluoxetine on serum levels of interleukin-2(IL-2)and interleukin-6(IL-6)and T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of lung cancer patients complicated with depression,as well as its significance.Methods The clinical data of 104 patients with lung cancer complicated with depression admitted to our hospital between August 2016 and December 2018 were selected for analysis.The patients were divided into two groups by random number method.The control group was treated with conventional drugs.The observation group was treated with fluoxetine on the basis of treatment of control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed after treatment.The levels of IL-2,IL-6,brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),thyrotropin(TSH)and T lymphocyte subsets were observed before and after treatment.The scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS)were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the levels of IL-2,IL-6,BDNF,TSH,and T lymphocyte subgroups between the two groups was not statistically different(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of BDNF,TSH,CD3^+ and CD4^+,and the CD4^+/CD8^+in the observation group were higher than in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of IL-2,IL-6 and CD8+were lower than in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of HAMD and TESS of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group at 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Fluoxetine treatment could reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and improve the depression of lung cancer patients with depression,with high safety.
