摘要
目的探讨运动对糖尿病前期患者和糖尿病患者的疗效。方法检索PubMed、中国知网(CNKI)、万方等数据库2014年至2019年9月运动干预糖尿病前期和糖尿病的相关文献。追溯检索纳入文献的参考文献。结果和结论运动以及运动结合饮食等,对糖尿病前期患者有明确疗效。运动种类包括有氧运动、抗阻运动和高强度间歇训练(HIIT),它们对血糖、胰岛素抵抗、血脂、血管内皮功能、脑的葡萄糖代谢、脑乳酸代谢都有正面影响。对于糖尿病患者,HIIT省时、高效、依从性好,与持续中等强度训练一样,可降低空腹血糖,降低糖化血红蛋白,改善胰岛素抵抗等。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of exercise on patients with pre-diabetes and diabetes.Methods Literatures about exercise intervention for pre-diabetes and diabetes from September, 2014 to September, 2019 were searched from PubMed, CNKI, and Wanfang databases, and the references included were traced back.Results and Conclusion Exercise or exercise combined with diet is surely effective on pre-diabetes patients. The types of exercise include aerobic exercise, resistance exercise and high-intensity interval training(HIIT), which may work well for blood glucose, insulin resistance, blood lipids, vascular endothelial function, brain glucose metabolism and brain lactic acid metabolism, etc. HIIT is time-saving, high-efficiency and well-compliance for diabetic patients in fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin and insulin resistance.
