摘要 为了提高静态星模拟器对“无穷”处恒星的模拟精度,通过研究准直光学系统对星模拟器测量精度的影响,提出了一种静态星模拟器对“无穷”远处恒星进行高精度模拟的光学系统设计方案。首先根据星敏感器的地面标定要求,得出星模拟器的光学系统设计指标参数,并利用ZEMAX软件设计出具有高成像质量的光学系统。最终设计结果为:焦距248.989 mm,光谱范围500~800 nm,有效通光口径65 mm,视场10°。然后对所设计出的准直光学系统产生的各像差曲线进行像质分析。结果表明,10°视场内的畸变值小于0.05%,各视场均方根半径均小于弥散斑尺寸,满足技术指标要求。最后采用徕卡经纬仪6100A对星点板上各星点进行测试,测试数据表明,星间角距误差优于10″,实现了对“无穷”远处恒星的高精度模拟要求。 In order to improve the simulation accuary of the static star simulator for the stars at“infinity”,an optical system design scheme of the static star simulator for the high-precision simulation of the stars at“infinity”was proposed by studying the influence of the collimating optical system on the measurement accuracy of the star simulator.Firstly,according to the ground calibration requirements of the star sensor,the design parameters of the optical system of the star simulator were obtained;and the optical system with high imaging quality was designed by using ZEMAX software.The final design results are got that focal length is 248.989 mm;spectral range is 500~800 nm;effective aperture is 65mm;and field of view is 10°.Then the image quality of the aberration curves produced by the designed collimating optical system is analyzed.The results shows that the distortion value in the 10°field of view is less than 0.05%and the RMS radius of each field of view is less than the diffuse spot size,which the technical specifications are satisfied.Finally,the Leica theodolite 6100A is used to test the star points on the star point board.The test data shows that the inter-satellite angular error is better than 10″,which achieves high-precision simulation of the star at‘infinity’.
