长三角地区要突破区域行政壁垒,利用现有产业基础,加强产业协作,整合延伸产业链条,突破核心关键技术,聚焦重点产业领域,以市场为导向,以企业为主体,以政府为引导,以合作模式创新和机制创新为动力,以建设国际经济中心和具有全球影响力科技创新中心为抓手,培育电子信息、高端装备、汽车、家电、纺织服装五大世界级制造业集群,共同打造立足区域、服务全国、辐射全球的世界级先进制造业集群。

Yangtze river delta region should break through the regional administrative barriers,use the existing industrial foundation, strengthen industrial cooperation,integrate and extend the industrial chain,break through the core key technologies,focus on key industrial fields,take the market as the guidance,take the enterprises as the main body,take the government as the guidance,take cooperation mode innovation and mechanism innovation as the motive force,take the construction of an international economic center and a science and technology innovation center with global influence as the starting point,cultivate five world-class manufacturing clusters of electronic information,high-end equipment,automobiles,household appliances,textile and clothing,and jointly build a world-class advanced manufacturing cluster based on the region,serving the whole country and radiating the world.
