周琦竞技能力成长空间分析

Analysis of Zhou Qi’s Competitive Ability Growth Space

运用文献资料法、录像分析法和数理统计法,对周琦2014—2018年重要比赛中的竞技水平进行分析,归纳周琦的竞技能力特征,为其科学训练及比赛提供参考。研究表明:周琦正处于最佳竞技阶段,作为中锋运动员其身高、臂展及脚步移动能力优势明显;在技术上具备出色的中远投能力和盖帽能力,属于敏捷型中锋类型。周琦目前的技术特点符合NBA联盟空间型中锋的发展趋势;但周琦身体单薄,在强对抗过程中的攻防技术仍需继续提高,需要强化体能训练,进一步增强中锋特色防守技术,把中远投磨炼成特长技术,加强策应及传球能力,不断提高心理素质增强自我效能感,以在国家队及美国比赛训练时获得的经验和竞技能力为基础,继续提高自身的竞技水平,争取再次征战NBA的机会。

The paper analyzed the competitive level of Zhou Qi in several important competitions from 2014 to 2018 through literature method,video analysis and mathematical statistics.The characteristics of Zhou Qi s competitive ability were summarized to provide reference for his scientific training and competition.The research shows that:Zhou Qi is at the best competitive stage.As a center,his height,arm span and footwork ability has obvious advantages.Technically,he has excellent shot and block ability,which belongs to the agile center type.Zhou Qi s current technical characteristics are in line with the development trend of spatial center in NBA.But Zhou Qi is a little bit thin,so he still need to improve his attack and defense skills in the strong fighting process.It is necessary for him to strengthen physical training and the typical center defensive skills.Besides,forge medium and long range shooting into special skills,and strengthen the ability of supporting and passing.Furthermore,continuously improve the psychological quality and enhance the sense of self-efficacy.Based on the experience and competitive ability gained in the national team and the United States,we should continue to improve his own competitive level and strive for the opportunity to play in the NBA again.
