丙硫菌唑和肟菌酯复配对小麦赤霉病菌的联合毒力测定

Combined Toxicity of Prothioconazole Mixed Trifloxystrobin to Fusarium graminearum Sehw.

在实验室条件下,通过菌丝生长速率法测定了丙硫菌唑和肟菌酯复配对小麦赤霉病菌(Fusarium graminearum Sehw.)的联合毒力。结果表明:丙硫菌唑和肟菌酯以质量比分别为2∶1、1.5∶1、1∶1、1∶1.5和1∶2复配的共毒系数CTC分别为215.68、179.55、147.93、205.79和186.85。综合增效作用考虑,2∶1和1∶1.5为丙硫菌唑和肟菌酯混配的最佳配比。

The combined toxicity of the mixed preparations of prothioconazole and trifloxystrobin to Fusarium graminearum Sehw. were tested in the laboratory by measuring mycelial growth rate. The results indicated that the CTC values of the mixtures with the mixing ratio of metalaxy-M and fludioxonil as 2∶1, 1.5∶1, 1∶1, 1∶1.5 and 1∶2 were 215.53, 179.22, 148.01, 205.72 and 186.83, respectively. Among the five matching ratios, 2∶1 and 1∶1.5 matching ratio of prothioconazole and trifloxystrobin had the best additive effect, considering the synergistic effect.
