摘要
船员应对磨损严重的绞刀齿进行及时更换,以保证船舶施工持续进行,而更换绞刀齿主要依靠人力或者专用装置。根据绞刀施工特点,并结合船舶相关设计图纸,对绞刀齿拆装起吊装置技术方案进行设计。利用相关计算手段,对该技术方案可行性进行分析和论证。将起吊装置成功应用到疏浚施工现场,解决了人力无法胜任的重型绞刀齿拆卸和安装的难题,提升了船舶性能。研究成果可为类似工程提供参考。
Crew should replace the worm-out cutter teeth in time to ensure the continuous construction of ships,and the replacement of cutter teeth mainly depends on manpower or special equipment.According to the construction characteristics of the cutter and combining with the related design drawings of the ship,we design the technical scheme of dismounting and hoisting device.By means of relevant calculation,we analyze and demonstrate the feasibility of this technical scheme.The lifting device is successfully applied to dredging construction site,which solves the problem of disassembly and installation of heavy cutter teeth that cannot be competent by manpower,and improves ship performance.It can provide references for the similar projects.
