摘要
针对在深水无掩护海域铺设三向土工垫易出现漂浮、翻转、折叠等质量及施工效率较低等问题,进行现场调查与统计,找出问题的要因,并制定相关对策。通过匹配排体下放长度与移船距离、引进专业铺排船、加密压载点等改进措施,完成了铺排试验。结果表明:搭接宽度合格率为96.7%,轴线偏移合格率为95.7%,施工效率提高33.3%,经济效益显著。
In view of the problems of quality such as floating,turning,folding and low construction efficiency in the laying of three-way geotechnical mats in deep water unsheltered area,we carry out on-site investigation and statistics to identify the causes and formulate relevant countermeasures.The test section was completed by matching the length of geotextile and distance of vessel movement,introducing professional geotextile-laying ship and encrypting ballast point.The results show that the grading pass rate can reach 96.7%,the axis deviation pass rate can reach 95.7%,the construction efficiency is increased by 33.3%,and the construction period and economic benefits are remarkable.
