防霉型杨木单板制备及性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 为提高杨木防霉性能,通过抑菌圈法分别测定3种防霉体系对黑曲霉的抑制能力,并用3种防霉剂体系对杨木单板进行浸渍处理,研究3种防霉剂载药量及对黑曲霉的抑制效果。结果表明:以氨铜为主要有效成分的防霉剂B浓度为1.5%时,对黑曲霉的抑制率可达99%以上,对杨木单板进行浸渍处理,满足GB/T 18261-2013《防霉剂对木材霉菌及变色菌防治效力的试验方法》中试样受霉菌感染值0级的要求;载药量达到3.99kg/m^3时,对黑曲霉抑制效果优良;该氨铜类防霉剂浸渍处理的杨木单板可有效防止霉变。 In order to improve the anti-mildew properties of poplar, the inhibition ability of three anti-mildew systems against Aspergillus niger was determinated by inhibition circles method. Meanwhile, the drug-loading amounts of mildew-retarding agents and the inhibitory effects of mildew proof poplar veneer on Aspergillus niger were observed after immersion treatment with these three mildew preventives respectively. The results showed that when the addition ratio of the anti-mold agent B was 1.5%, which the main active ingredient was ammonia copper, the inhibition rate against Aspergillus niger could reach over 99%, and the anti-mildew resistant poplar veneer met the requirements of GB/T 18261-2013 Test method for the effectiveness of fungicides in the control of wood mold and discoloration bacteria,which can be up to 0 grade standard and the drug loading amount reached 3.99kg/m^3, which was excellent for the inhibition of Aspergillus niger. The mildew-proof poplar veneer made of ammonia copper mildew inhibitor can effectively prevent mildew.
