摘要
以石墨烯和壳聚糖为原料,采用冷冻干燥法制备出石墨烯/壳聚糖(G/Cs)材料,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)对G/Cs进行了表征。以罗丹明B作为污染物,G/Cs为吸附材料,得出最佳工艺条件:在25℃、pH=4、材料用量0.1 g/L条件下,对400 mg/L的罗丹明B污染物反应12 h后的最大饱和吸附容量达856.95 mg/g。利用灰色系统理论对相关因素关联分析,得出污染物浓度因素对罗丹明B吸附容量的影响最大。
Graphene/chitosan materials(G/Cs)were prepared by freeze-drying method and characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).Experiments were conducted to investigate the characteristics of rhodamine B(RhB)adsorption onto G/Cs.The maximum saturated adsorption capacity was 856.95 mg/g after 12 h adsorption,when the material consumption was 0.1 g/L and the RhB solution was 400 mg/L under conditions of 25℃and pH 4.Simultaneously,grey system theory was used to analyze the correlation factors,and it was concluded that the pollutant concentration factor had the greatest influence on the adsorption capacity of RhB.
