摘要
米桑油田开发产生大量的高温采出水,为满足油田生产和环保要求,需配套建设采出水处理系统,处理规模为2万m^3/d。原油脱水系统来水含油量≤1000 mg/L、悬浮物≤500 mg/L、硫化氢≤200 mg/L。针对采出水物性,工艺采用“调储缓冲+聚结除油+混凝沉降+气提脱硫+两级过滤”压力式流程对采出水进行处理,全流程密闭隔氧,处理后净化水达标用于油田注水。项目投产运行两年多,装置运行效果稳定,具有很好的工程借鉴意义。
A large number of high-temperature produced water was generated in the development of Misan Oilfield.To meet the requirements of the oilfield production and environmental protection,it is necessary to build a produced water treatment system with a treatment scale of 20000 m^3/d.The oil,suspended substance and H2S in the water from the crude oil dewatering system are less than or equal to 1000 mg/L,500 mg/L and 200 mg/L,respectively.In view of the physical properties of the produced water,the treatment process adopts the pressure process,which consists of regulating storage buffer,coagulation deoiling,coagulation sedimentation,gas stripping desulfurization and two-stage filtration.After treatment,the purified water reaches the standards for the oilfield water injection.The project has been put into operation for more than two years,and its operation results are stable,which shows a good engineering reference.
