摘要 针对目前工业过程控制系统缺乏有效的监控手段,提出一种综合性能评估方法--直觉模糊层次分析法。在对直觉模糊偏好关系进行一致性检验和修正时,考虑到一致性阈值的不合理性,引入新的阈值。针对直觉模糊层次分析法原有权重计算方法所求得的权重值具有抽象性的问题,采用模糊转化方法。在保证原有信息不丢失情况下,将各指标的二维权重转化为一维权重,使得权重值更为直观。最后在炼焦生产过程的性能评估中,证明IFAHP的有效性,具有较广的应用价值。 In view of the lack of effective monitoring methods for industrial process control systems,a comprehensive performance evaluation method that Intuitionistic Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(IFAHP) is proposed. Considering the Irrationality of consistency threshold, a new threshold is introduced to check and correct the consistency of preference relations. Aiming at the problem that the weight value obtained by the original IFAHP weight calculation method is abstract, a fuzzy transformation method is adopted. Converting two-dimensional weights into one-dimensional weights while ensuring that the original information is not lost,making the weight values more intuitive. The evaluation of two different operation states of coking process proves that IFAHP method is effective and has wide application value.
