基于S7-1200PLC的某型飞机舱门踩踏试验平台控制系统设计 被引量:4

摘要 针对检检测某型飞机登机舱门疲劳强度的目的,结合舱门踩踏试验的载荷施加和控制要求,通过方案设计、元器件选型,控制程序编程、HMI系统设计等环节,完成了踩踏试验平台控制系统设计及构建。其核心采用S7-1200 PLC和MCGS TPC实现系统控制和管理功能,重点对PLC程序结构、HMI系统功能及其与PLC数据通讯,以及系统以太网组态方法进行了介绍。通过踩踏试验的实施和载荷监控测试,验证了该系统的稳定性和可靠性,且能够满足舱门踩踏试验载荷施加和控制的精度要求。 For the purpose of detecting the fatigue strength of an airplane boarding gate,with the load applied and function needs of airplane boarding gate load test platform,by means of designing project,selecting component,writting control program,designing HMI and so on,completed the designation and building of control system.The core of system useing S7-1200 PLC and MCGS TPC to achieve control and management functions.This paper focuses on the S7-1200 PLC control program structure,the MCGS monitoring system functions and methods of channel connection to different data types of PLC,the methods of network formation based on Ethernet.By means of load test implementing and load monitor detecting,verified the stability and reliability of this system,It can achieve the precision needs of load applied and control requirements.
