腔内彩色多普勒超声对宫颈癌治疗效果的评估价值

Intracavitary color Doppler ultrasound in evaluating curative effect of cervical cancer

目的探讨腔内彩色多普勒超声对宫颈癌治疗效果的评估价值。方法选取78例宫颈癌患者于治疗前后分别进行腔内彩色多普勒超声检查,比较宫颈癌患者治疗前后的宫颈体积、病灶的超声形态学特征和血流动力学状态[血流分布情况和血流阻力指数(RI)]。结果治疗前后,宫颈的长度和厚度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗前,宫颈癌患者的正常宫颈形态结构均破坏,病灶内均存在明显的肿物,且血流丰富;治疗后,宫颈癌患者的宫颈形态恢复正常,病灶内未发现肿物,可见颈管结构,病灶内的血流信号明显少于治疗前,呈点状血流信号分布。治疗前,宫颈癌患者的血流信号分级为1~3级。宫颈癌患者治疗后的血流RI明显高于治疗前(P﹤0.01)。结论腔内彩色多普勒超声在评估宫颈癌患者的治疗效果方面具有重要价值,检查便捷,效果确切,可作为宫颈癌患者治疗后复查的首选方式。

Objective To explore the value of intracavitary color Doppler ultrasound in evaluating curative effect of cervical cancer.Method 78 patients with cervical cancer were selected and received intracavitary color Doppler ultrasonography before and after treatment;the cervical volume,ultrasonographic morphological characteristics and hemodynamic status of lesions[blood flow distribution and blood flow resistance index(RI)]before and after treatment were compared.Result Intracavitary color Doppler ultrasonography showed that,there were significant differences in cervical length and thickness before and after treatment(P<0.05).Before treatment,the normal cervical morphology and structure of patients with cervical cancer were destroyed,there were obvious masses in the lesion,and the blood flow in the lesion was abundant.After treatment,cervical morphology returned to normal without tumors in the lesion and the structure of the neck tube could be seen,the blood flow signal in the lesion was significantly less than that before the treatment,and the distribution of blood flow signal was dotted.Before treatment,the blood flow signal grade of cervical cancer patients was 1-3.The blood flow RI of cervical cancer patients after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Intracavitary color Doppler ultrasound is of great value in evaluating curative effect of patients with cervical cancer.The examination is convenient and accurate,which can be applied as the preferablechoice for re-examination of cervical cancer after treatment.
