摘要
虚拟电厂是一个集分布式电源、储能设备、可控负荷、电动汽车等不同类型分布式能源为一体的综合能源服务商,也是一种新型的电力市场交易模式。文章基于电力市场的运行机制和竞价规则,设计了虚拟电厂报价辅助决策系统。该系统首先通过虚拟电厂实现风电、光伏等分布式电源,储能设备,电动汽车与负荷间协调耦合运行,建立了以运营利润最大化为目标的竞价决策模型。基于虚拟电厂的优化竞价策略,构建了一个基于图计算的考虑多虚拟电厂的电力市场模拟器,用于模拟各虚拟电厂的日前边际电价和调度计划。最后,算例分析通过比较不同类型虚拟电厂在日前电力市场模拟器中的分段竞标电价、竞标电量以及运营利润,验证了所建立模型的合理性以及有效性。
The virtual power plant is an energy service provider integrated with distributed energy resources,such as distributed generation,energy storage systems,controllable loads,electric vehicles and other types of distributed energy,which is also a new type of business model for participating into the electricity market. This paper develops a bidding-assistance system for the virtual power plant based on the operation mechanism and bidding principles of the electricity market. First,a profit-maximization optimized bidding decision model is introduced for the virtual power plant by considering the cooperation between distributed generation such as solar photovoltaic(PV) and wind,energy storage systems,controllable loads and electric vehicles. Taking the optimized virtual power plant bidding strategies as inputs,a graph computing based electricity market simulation platform is then formulated to derive the day-ahead local marginal prices and dispatch plans for multiple virtual power plants. Finally,the simulation part compares the different types of virtual power plants’ piecewise bidding curves,bidding quantities and operation profits within the day-ahead electricity market simulation platform to verify the feasibility and validity of the proposed model.
