基于模糊聚类的配电网极限线损率计算方法 被引量:14

摘要 针对10 kV配电线路特点,为了对配电网的线损率进行分析并确定降损空间,根据当前一系列极限线损率指标,提出了一种极限线损率计算方法。首先,根据配电网不同线路特征和运行参数之间的差别,筛选出对极限线损率影响高的指标。然后,提取聚类指标参数,通过模糊C均值算法进行聚类分析。根据馈线聚类结果,对每类馈线选取基准馈线,在极限条件下采用等值电阻法计算极限线损率;对类内非基准馈线,采用调整系数法计算极限线损率,并通过检验线损率是否服从正态分布进行极限线损率的修正。最后,以某市配电网数据为实例,进行极限线损率计算,确定降损措施,表明该方法具有指导作用。 In view of the characteristics of 10 kV distribution network lines, in order to analyze the line loss rate of distribution network and determine the loss space, this paper proposes a estimating method for calculating the limit line loss based on the current series of limit line loss indicators. Firstly, according to the differences between different line characteristics and operating parameters of distribution network, the indexes with high influence on the limit line loss rate were screened out, then the clustering index parameters are extracted, and the clustering analysis is carried out by fuzzy C-means algorithm. According to the results of feeder clustering, the reference feeder is selected for each type of feeder, and the equivalent line loss rate is calculated by the equivalent resistance method under the limit condition. For the non-reference feeders in the class, the limit line loss rate is calculated by the adjustment coefficient method, and the limit line loss rate is corrected by checking whether the line loss rate obeys the normal distribution. Finally, taking the data of a city distribution network as an example, the limit line loss rate is calculated, and the loss reduction measures are determined, which indicates the method having a guiding role.
