摘要
针对传统机电类专业人才培养不能适应新工科和智能制造新需求的现实,在分析传统机电类专业人才培养中存在的培养目标过时、课程体系陈旧、前沿知识更新不及时及实践教学条件欠缺等问题并客观审视已有条件的基础上,从校企共建特色专业方向设置、培养目标定位、教育理念更新、6段式培养模式构建、专业方向课程体系设置、实践教学中心建设及校企协同育人机制深化等方面详细探讨了自动化等传统机电类专业的智能化升级改造的内容和措施,为传统机电类专业在新起点上真正实现“教学—实习—就业零距离,实习—实训—就业一体化”做了有益探讨。
In view of the fact that the training of traditional electromechanical majors cannot adapt to the new demands of new engineering and intelligent manufacturing,on the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the training of traditional electromechanical majors,such as outdated training objectives,obsolete curriculum system,untimely update of cutting-edge knowledge and lack of practical teaching conditions,and objectively examining the existing conditions,this paper discusses the contents and measures of the intelligent upgrading and transformation of traditional mechanical and electrical majors such as automation in detail from the aspects of characteristic professional direction setting,the orientation of training objectives,the renewal of educational concepts,the construction of 6-stage training mode,the setting of professional orientation curriculum system,the construction of practical teaching center and the deepening of school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism,etc,which makes a beneficial discussion for the traditional electromechanical majors to realize the“teaching-practice-employment zero distance,practice-training-employment integration”in the new starting point.
