协同创新视角下知识能力结构体系的实证研究——以物流管理专业为例

An Empirical Research on Innovation of Knowledge/Ability Structure System Based on Perspective of Collaborative Innovation——Taking Logistics Management Major for Example

协同创新是高校应用型人才培养的关键。应用型本科院校应主动适应社会经济发展的需求,从人才培养的知识/能力结构体系创新方面实现产教融合。本文以物流管理专业为例,从物流知识/能力、管理知识/能力、商业知识/能力三个方面对其知识/能力结构体系的协同创新进行深入研究。基于问卷调查数据,运用因子分析法提炼出三项知识/能力的主成分,构建了物流管理专业的知识/能力结构体系,并提出了相应的人才培养建议。

Collaborative innovation is the key to cultivating application-oriented talents in colleges and universities. Application-oriented universities should take the initiative to adapt to the needs of social and economic development and realize the integration of industry and education in the innovation of knowledge & ability system for talent cultivation.Taking the major of logistics management as an example, this paper makes an in-depth study on the collaborative innovation of its knowledge & capability structure system from three aspects: logistics knowledge & capability, management knowledge/capability, business knowledge & capability.Based on the questionnaire survey data,this paper extracts three principal components of knowledge & ability respectively with the method of factor analysis, constructs the knowledge & ability structure system of logistics management major, and puts forward the corresponding talents cultivation advice.
