公平原则是运用公平正义理念处事的原则,经济社会的发展面临公平问题,高校辅导员的思想教育管理工作也需要公平。公平体现辅导员的人格魅力,大学生的学习生活与人格形成需要公平对待与引导。因此,辅导员需要通过多种途径将公平原则运用于教育管理中。

The principle of fairness is the principle of applying concept of fairness and justice in dealing with things. The development of economy and society is faced with problems of fairness. College counselors’ education and management also requires fairness. Counselors personality charm should be reflected fairly. College students’ study, life and personality formation require fairness and guidance. Therefore, the counselor needs to apply principles of fairness to education management in a variety of ways.
