我国小学教师专业发展研究的现状与趋势——基于CiteSpace Ⅱ的定量分析 被引量:1

摘要 统计中国知网从1999年1月31日到2019年1月31日的相关文献,利用可视化工具CiteSpaceⅤ绘制图谱可以发现,这二十年来小学教师专业发展研究领域的热点主要集中在农村小学教师专业发展、教师专业发展学校、"互联网+"对教师专业化发展的作用等方面;今后研究趋势主要有:相关理论知识的引入,专业发展方向研究的探索,国外先进经验与我国教师发展相结合,以及"互联网+"与小学课程整合的探讨。面向现实,我国小学教师专业发展研究必须注重理论研究与实践行动、外控式专业发展与内驱式自我发展相结合、国外知识借鉴与国内经验整合兼具、个体成长与集体发展相统一。 According to the relevant documents of China knowledge Network from Jan.31 st,1999 to Jan.31,2019, the following can be found by using the visual tool CiteSpace Ⅴ to draw the atlas. In the past 20 years, research of primary school teachers’ professional development mainly focuses on the background, objective and content of the primary school teachers’ professional development. The main research trends in the future are the introduction of relevant theoretical knowledge, the exploration of the direction of professional development, the combination of foreign advanced experience with the development of teachers in China, and the integration of "Internet" and primary school curriculum. In reality, it is necessary to study the professional development of primary school teachers in China, pay attention to theoretical research and practical action, external control professional development and internal self-development, foreign knowledge and domestic experience integration, individual growth and collective development unified.
