摘要 传统PID控制方法在液奶杀菌系统中控制精度低,PID参数不能根据系统变化做出适当调整,因此将模糊控制理论与经典PID控制相结合,形成参数自整定的模糊PID液奶杀菌温度控制算法。介绍液奶杀菌工艺及控制原理,根据液奶温度误差及温度误差变化率对传统PID中比例、积分、微分参数做出适当调整,从而实现温度的在线自动控制。仿真结果表明,模糊PID的温度控制方法能适应参数多变的复杂系统,液奶温度控制更加稳定,该控制方法对于提升液奶品质具有重要作用。 Traditional PID control method has low control precision in liquid milk sterilization system,and the parameters of PID cannot be adjusted properly according to the system changes.The fuzzy control theory was combined with classical PID control to form a parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control algorithm for liquid milk sterilization temperature.The sterilization process and control principle of liquid milk were introduced.According to the temperature error and the change rate of temperature error,the proportion,integral and differential parameters of traditional PID were adjusted appropriately,so as to realize the on-line automatic control of temperature.The simulation results show that the tension control method of fuzzy PID can adapt to the complex system with variable parameters,and the temperature control of liquid milk is more stable.The control method plays an important role in improving the quality of liquid milk.
