摘要
为能有效地分离到杏鲍菇皂苷,采用大孔树脂HZ802对杏鲍菇皂苷进行分离,最适工艺条件为:质量浓度为0.376 mg/mL的样液,流速为2 BV/h进行上样吸附,水洗量为30 mL,HZ802的饱和吸附量为17.8 mg/mL。65%的乙醇溶液流度1 BV/h进行洗脱,最适洗脱液体积为75 mL,分离后杏鲍菇皂苷冻干样品的纯度达52.5%。对杏鲍菇皂苷的体外抗氧化能力进行研究,当杏鲍菇皂苷溶液的质量浓度为2 mg/mL时,对ABTS自由基的清除率达到98.8%,对超氧自由基的清除率达到13.14%,杏鲍菇皂苷对自由基ABTS的清除效果比超氧自由基显著。
In order to seprate Pleurotus eryngii saponins by macroporous resin HZ802 of Pleurotus eryngii saponins to seprate.The optimum technological conditions for:concentration of sample solution was 0.376 mg/mL,the flow rate was 2 BV/h adsorption,washing quantity was 30 mL,the saturated adsorption capacity of HZ802 was 17.8 mg/m L.Eluted 65%ethanol solution of mobility 1 BV/h and the optimum elution liquid volume to 75 mL,after the separation of saponins of Pleurotus eryngii freeze dry sample purity reached 52.5%.On Pleurotus eryngii saponins in vitro antioxidant capacity were studied.The scavenging rate of superoxide radical was reached 13.14%,when the Pleurotus eryngii saponins solution concentration was 2 mg/mL,ABTS radical scavenging rate of 98.8%,Pleurotus eryngii saponins on ABTS free radical scavenging effect than superoxide free radicals significantly.
