果蔬的农药残留超标问题严重威胁食品安全,仅依靠传统实验室检测方法难以满足监管需要,农药残留快速检测方法具有简单、方便、快捷、成本低廉的特点,是对传统实验室检测方法的必要补充,不同农药残留快速检测方法原理不同,又各有优缺点。针对蔬菜水果的农残快检方法进行了比较,并对影响测试结果的因素进行了研究探讨。

The problem of excessive pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables causes a serious threat to food safety.It is difficult to meet the aim of supervision by relying only on traditional laboratory testing methods.Rapid detection is simple,convenient,fast,and low-cost,which is a necessary supplement to traditional lab test.Different rapid detection methods have different principle,advantages and disadvantages.Rapid detection methods of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables are compared,and the factors influencing test results are discussed.
