Since the implementation of"Access Conditions for Wine Industry",there has been both affirmation and controversy.Wine industry is a characteristic industry of Shandong Province and also occupies an important position in the whole country.Through discussing the historical background,development process,current situation,controversial focus and practical significance of wine industry in Shandong Province and combining with existing laws and regulations,this article studies and analyses the"Access Conditions for Wine Industry"and its significance in regulating the development of wine industry in Shandong Province.The article holds that promoting the implementation of"Access Conditions for Wine Industry"can improve the development level of wine industry in Shandong Province as well as the healthy development of wine industry.
