摘要
针对当前食品专业核心课程《畜产品工艺学》考核模式中存在的一些问题,旨在探索多元化考核模式在畜产品工艺学课程考核中的应用。构建了基于过程考核的课堂评价、自主学习评价、小组学习评价、章节测验和期末考试的多元化考核结构模式,并通过教学实践取得了一定的效果,但仍需要进一步探索改进。
In view of the problems existing in the examination mode of the core course"Animal Product Technology"of food specialty,the application of Diversified Examination Mode in the examination of the course of animal product technology is explored.A pluralistic assessment structure model based on process assessment,such as classroom assessment,autonomous learning assessment,group learning assessment,chapter test and final examination,is constructed.Teaching practice has achieved certain results,but still needs further exploration and improvement.
