Determination of Sucralose in Alcoholic Products by Using Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 为建立一种超高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定酒类产品中三氯蔗糖的分析方法,采用Waters BEH C18色谱柱(50 mm×2.1 mm,粒径1.7μm),流动相为甲醇和0.1%氨水溶液,流速为0.3 mL/min,梯度洗脱。在ESI负离子模式下,采用多反应监测模式进行测定,可以在5 min内完成三氯蔗糖的检测。三氯蔗糖在4~400μg/L范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.999。三氯蔗糖检出限为0.02 mg/kg,在0.05,0.2和1 mg/kg 3个添加水平下,回收率为80%~95%,相对标准偏差为0.9%~4.2%(n=6)。该方法快速、准确,灵敏度高,适用于酒类产品中低含量三氯蔗糖的测定和确证。 An analytical method for the determination of sucralose in alcoholic products by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established.A Waters BEH C18 column(50 mm×2.1 mm,particle size 1.7μm)was used.The mobile phase was methanol and 0.1%ammonia solution at a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min.In the ESI negative ion mode,the multi-reaction monitoring mode is used for the determination,and the sucralose can be detected within 5 min.Sucralose has a good linear relationship in the range of 4 to 400μg/L,and the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.999.The detection limit of sucralose was 0.02 mg/kg,the recoveries at 0.05,0.2,and 1 mg/kg spiked concentrations ranged from 80%to 95%,and the relative standard deviations ranged from 0.9%to 4.2%(n=6).The method was fast,accurate and sensitive,and it was suitable for the determination and confirmation of low content of sucralose in alcoholic products.
