QuEChERS-气相色谱法测定果蔬汁中啶虫脒与哒螨灵的农药残留 被引量:4

Determination of Pesticide Residues of Acetamiprid and Pyridaben in Fruit and Vegetable Juice by QuEChERS-GC

摘要 试验旨在建立果蔬汁中啶虫脒与哒螨灵同时检测的残留分析方法。啶虫脒和哒螨灵两种农药残留分析采用Qu ECh ERS方法与气相色谱仪相结合。果蔬汁样品经乙腈涡旋振荡提取,采用PSA(N-丙基乙二胺)、C18(十八烷基键合硅胶)、GCB(石墨化碳黑)净化,用气相色谱仪检测。结果表明,该方法在0.001~1.000 mg·L^-1线性范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均大于0.999,最低检出限为1.0~2.5μg·kg^-1。当3个加标浓度水平为0.002,0.01和0.1mg·kg^-1时,平均加标回收率为84.0%~119.0%(n=6),相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.77%~13.36%(n=6)。该方法灵敏、准确,结果可靠,适用于果蔬汁中啶虫脒与哒螨灵的农药残留分析。 The aim is to establish a residual analysis method for simultaneous detection of acetamiprid and pyridaben in fruit and vegetable juice.The two pesticide residues of acetamiprid and pyridaben are analyzed by QuEChERS method combined with gas chromatograph.The fruit and vegetable juice samples are extracted by vortexing with acetonitrile,purified by PSA(primary secondary amine),C18(Bondesil-C18)and GCB(graphitized carbon blackwere),and detected by gas chromatography.The results show that the linearity of the method is good in the linear range of 0.001-1.000 mg·L^-1,the correlation coefficients are more than 0.999,and the minimum detection limit is 1.0-2.5μg·kg^-1.When the three spiked concentration levels are 0.002,0.01 and 0.1 mg·kg^-1,the average spike recovery is 84.0%-119.0%(n=6),and the relative standard deviation(RSD)is 1.77%-13.36%(n=6).The method is sensitive,accurate and reliable,and it is suitable for analysis of pesticide residues in acetamiprid and pyridaben in fruit and vegetable juice.
