基于“双元制”的机场运行专业课程体系建设探究

Research on the construction of curriculum system of airport operation based on german “dual system”

设立高职机场运行专业的目的是培养民航客运销售、运输、服务等一线岗位的高素质技能型人才,提高学生的实践能力和创新能力。德国“双元制”教育的理念具有显著的职业教育特征,核心是培养核心创新能力。以机场运行专业为例,研究现阶段专业发展现状,分析专业发展存在的问题,结合德国“双元制”的教育理念,探讨将德国“双元制”教育理念引入机场运行专业课程体系建设的可行性。

The goal of setting airport operation major in vocational education is to train high-quality technical and skilled personnel engaged in civil aviation passenger transport sales,transportation and service front-line posts,and to improve the practical and innovative abilities.The concept of German“dual system”has obvious vocational education characteristics.The core is to develop core innovative ability.Taking the airport operation as an example,the present situation of professional development is studied,and the existing problems in the development of airport operation is analyzed,in combination with the German“dual system”education concept,the feasibility of introducing the German“dual system”into the curriculum system of airport operation is explored.
