摘要
“学前教育卓越教师培养计划”为我国建设学前教育专业的教师队伍提供了强有力的制度支持。其中针对卓越幼儿园教师培养提出了如下具体要求:适应学前教育改革发展要求,构建厚基础、强能力、重融合的的培养体系,培养一批热爱学前教育事业、综合素质全面、保教能力突出的卓越幼儿园教师。针对以上要求提出了选拔机制:“双向适合”,培训机制:“三位一体”,考核机制:综合化,评价机制:多元化,管理机制:动态化等培养路径。
The“Excellent Teacher Training Program of Preschool Education”provides a strong support for the institutional construction of preschool education teachers in China.In this program,the following specific requirements are put forward:we should meet reform and development requirements of preschool education;we should set up a training system with thick foundation,strong ability and characteristic of reintegration;and we should cultivate a group of preschool education teachers with outstanding love of their career,with comprehensive quality and with outstanding ability of protecting it.In view of the above requirements,this paper talked about election mechanism of“Two-way Suitability”,training mechanism of“Three-in-one”,assessment mechanism of integration,evaluation mechanism of diversification,management mechanism of dynamic training,and other training suggestions.
