安徽省集团化民办园安全管理问题及对策

Study on Safety Management Problems and Countermeasures of Grouped Private Kindergartens in Anhui Province

针对集团化民办幼儿园安全管理问题,笔者对安徽省内集团化民办幼儿园安全管理现状进行了抽样调查和统计分析,发现集团化民办园的安全管理制度存在制定方式不合理,执行力较差,监督评估体系实施困难等问题,影响安全管理的成效。据此,笔者提出了相应对策:安全管理制度的制定方式方面需要全园参与、专家指导,内容方面需要细化制度、量化标准,执行方面需要学用结合、定期考核,监督方面需要整合资源、明确责任。

In view of the safety management of grouped private kindergartens,the authors conduct a sample survey and statistical analysis on the safety management status of grouped private kindergartens in Anhui Province.It is found that there are some problems in safety management systems of grouped private kindergartens,for example,the formulation of safety management systems are unreasonable,the implementation of safety management systems is poor,and the supervision and evaluation of safety management systems are difficult to implement.Accordingly,the authors put forward some corresponding countermeasures:the formulation of safety management systems requires the participation of the whole school and the guidance of experts;the content should refine the safety management system and quantify the standard;the implementation requires the combination of learning and application,and regular assessment as well;and the supervision needs to integrate various resources and clarify responsibilities.
