分散液液微萃取-紫外分光光度法测定环境水样中碱性品红

Determination of Basic Fuchsin in Environmental Water Samples by Dispersive Liquid-liquid Microextraction Coupled with UV Spectrophotometry

摘要 本文利用分散液液微萃取-紫外分光光度法测定环境水样中碱性品红.实验考察了萃取剂种类、分散剂种类、萃取剂体积、分散剂体积、溶液pH值、萃取时间、离心时间等条件,得到优化条件:萃取剂为二氯甲烷,其体积为200μL;分散剂为甲醇,其体积为1.0 mL;溶液pH值为8;萃取时间3 min;离心时间5 min.在此条件下,方法检出限为13.29μg·L^-1,RSD为1.41%,可用于测定环境水样中碱性品红. This paper developed a method to determine the amount of basic fuchsin in environmental water by dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction coupled with spectrophotometry.Some influential factors such as the type of extraction agent,dispersant,extraction agent volume,dispersant volume,pH value of the solution,the extraction time and centrifugal time were investigated.And the experimental results showed that the optimum condition was:200μL dichloromethane as extraction agent;1 mL methanol as dispersant;the pH value of the solution was 8;the extraction time was 3 min;the centrifugal time was 5 min.Under this condition,the content of basic fuchsin in environmental water samples was determined.The limit of the determination is 13.29μL·L^-1 on the basis of three folds of signal to noise,RSD is 1.41%.This result lays a good foundation for the determination of basic fuchsin in environmental water samples.
