幼儿园教育质量评价人员的专业性保障机制研究 被引量:2

摘要 幼儿园教育质量评价中,评价人员的专业性影响着评价的结果与质量。当前评价人员的专业性保障机制包括评价人员的准入制度、培训制度、指导制度、考核制度等,仍不够完善。为了保障评价人员的专业性,应加强评价人员执业资格标准建设,建立健全评价人员遴选与任用机制;完善评价人员的培训制度,提供有效的系统培训;为评价人员提供专业指导;完善评价人员监督考核制度。
