文章旨在运用科学发展观,坚持社区教育的创新理念,推进社区数字化学习形态的深化、发展,不断完善数字化学习平台的功能与作用,为社区居民参与教学活动提供低成本、高覆盖的载体,实现"教与学"行为方式的变革,实现社区教育工作目标从组织教学内容到传播终身学习理念和价值观的升华。

In this paper, aims to apply the scientific outlook on development and adhere to the innovation of community education philosophy to promote the deepening and development of community digital learning forms, as well as constantly improve the functions of the digital learning platform, which provide a low-cost and high-coverage carrier for community residents to participate in teaching activities. Therefore, can realize the change of "teaching and learning" behavior and realize the goal of community education work from organizing teaching content to the sublimation of spreading of lifelong learning concept and values.
