基于OBE的计算机类工程专业人才培养模式研究

传统人才培养模式以"教学内容为本"的观念很大程度地限制了教师和学生的教学与学习。文章通过分析传统人才培养模式存在的问题,提出围绕成果导向教育中"以学生为中心、以成果为导向、质量持续改进"的理念,从培养目标、专业特色、师资建设、课程建设等方面出发,构建计算机类工程专业人才培养模式。

The traditional talent training mode is based on the concept of "teaching content-oriented", which greatly limits the teaching and learning of teachers and students. By analyzing the problems existing in the traditional talent training mode, this paper puts forward the idea of "student-centered, result-oriented and quality continuous improvement" in outcomes-based education, and constructs the talent training mode of computer engineering specialty from the aspects of objectives, specialties, teachers, courses, students, improvement, evaluation and feedback.
