醇化袋对红花大金元烤后青烟的捂黄效应研究

Study on Effects of Aging-Purpose Bags on Stack Yellowing Transformation of Green Leaves of the Tobacco Cultivar Honghuadajinyuan

以烤烟红花大金元为材料,在耈街乡开展了烤后青烟捂黄试验,研究了不同外包裹材料堆捂处理对烤后含青烟叶颜色变黄、外观质量和经济性状的影响。结果表明:堆捂处理能有效促进烟叶的“黄化”,改善烟叶的等级结构,提高烟叶的经济价值;采用醇化袋进行外包裹的捂黄效果要优于麻片袋;烟叶的有效捂黄期为试验前半阶段(堆捂处理后的0~25 d);堆捂处理对含青程度较轻的烟叶(活青烟)捂黄效果较为明显,而对含青程度重的烟叶(死青烟)的影响较小。

Taking leaves of the flue-cured tobacco cultivar Honghuadajinyuan as test materials,an experiment of yellowing transformation of green leaves after baking was carried out in Goujie township to study effects of different outer wrapping materials on the yellowing,appearance quality and economic traits.The results show that stacking treatment could effectively promote tobacco leaves"yellowing",and improve their grade structure and economic value;the yellowing in aging-purpose bags is better than in linen bags;the effective yellowing period of tobacco leaves is at the first half stage(0-25 days after stacking treatment);the stacking treatment is more effective to the yellowing of tobacco leaves with a mild degree of greenness,but less effective to the leaves in a heavy greenness.
