基于微信小程序的农业精准扶贫信息平台研究——以湖南省农业科学院对口扶贫点为例

Reseach on Information Platform of Agricultural Precise Poverty Alleviation Based on We Chat Applet——Taking the Counterpart Poverty Alleviation Areas of Hunan Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example

随着“互联网+”上升为国家战略,移动互联网的应用成为贫困地区脱贫发展的重要利器,特别是智能手机和微信的普及和发展,为精准扶贫增添了强劲的动力。以湖南湘西州典型贫困村为例,探索微信微信小程序在精准脱贫帮扶中的应用优势,并且针对性的设计开发特色微信小程序,应用于对口扶贫,为其推送个性化信息、宣传乡村特色,达到提升对口扶贫信息化水平,加快精准脱贫速度、加强信息的收集与反馈的目的。

With the“Internet+”rising as a national strategy,the application of mobile Internet has become an important weapon for poverty alleviation and development in poverty-stricken areas,especially the popularity and development of smart phones and WeChat,which has added a strong impetus to the precise poverty alleviation.Taking the typical poverty-stricken villages in Xiangxi Prefecture of Hunan Province as an example,this paper explores the advantages of WeChat applet in the accurate poverty alleviation and assistance,and designs and develops special featured small programs,applies them to countering poverty,promotes personalized information and publicize rural characteristics,so as to enhance the level of countering poverty alleviation,speed up the speed of accurate poverty eradicating,and strengthen the collection and feedback of information.
