摘要
研究了在不同浓度铅溶液胁迫下金鸡菊种子的萌发情况及其幼苗生长状况.试验设置0 mg/L,5 mg/L,10 mg/L,20 mg/L,40 mg/L,80 mg/L和160 mg/L的硝酸铅溶液作为胁迫培养液来培养金鸡菊种子,测定各处理种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、耐受指数.试验结果显示:在铅离子浓度为0~10 mg/L时,金鸡菊种子萌发受到一定的促进作用,在10~80 mg/L浓度区间虽有小幅度回升,但是仍表现出明显受抑制,在铅离子浓度达到160 mg/L后,则表现为较强抑制.总体来说,铅离子在低浓度时对种子发育表现出一定促进性,在高浓度时则对种子发育和幼苗生长发育表现为抑制作用.
Seed germination and seedling growth of coreopsis under different concentrations of Pb were studied in this paper.In the experiment,0mg/L,5mg/L,10mg/L,20mg/L,40mg/L,80mg/L and 160mg/L solutions of Pb were used as the stress medium to cultivate the seeds of coreopsis,and the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and tolerance index of the seeds were measured.The results showed that the germination of coreopsis seeds was promoted to a certain extent when the concentration of Pb was 0 to 10mg/L.Although the concentration of Pb was slightly increased in the range of 10 to 80mg/L,it was still significantly inhibited.When the concentration of Pb reached 160mg/L,it was strongly inhibited.Generally speaking,Pb can promote seed development at low concentration and inhibit seedling growth at high concentration.
