新时代我国民营企业诚信缺失的根源与治理路径

The Reasons for the Integrity Lack of Chinese Private Enterprises and the Countermeasures

民营企业出现诚信缺失现象的主要原因有:儒家思想的虚化,传统道德的衰微;企业主诚信意识淡薄,企业信用制度缺失;交易信息不对称,社会信用信息分散;政府信用管理体系不健全,少数官员行为亟待规范;法规制度不完善,监管惩罚不力。在新时代提高我国民营企业诚信的措施主要有:加强诚信教育,巩固诚信理念;发挥行业组织作用,加强行业自律;完善社会信用制度,制约市场失信行为;加强法制建设,保障经济秩序。

The reasons for the lack of integrity of some private enterprises in China are various,namely,the ambiguity of Confucianism,the decline of traditional morality,the enterprises’weak sense of integrity,the lack of corporate credit system,the asymmetric transaction information,the scattered social credit information;the imperfect government credit management system,the non-regulated behavior of a few officials,the imperfect regulations and systems,and the inadequate regulatory penalties.Therefore,the measures to improve the integrity of Chinese private enterprises are to strengthen the education of integrity,and consolidate the concept of integrity;play the role of industry organization,and strengthen industry self-discipline;improve the social credit system,and restrict market untrustworthy behavior;strengthen the construction of the legal system and ensure the economic order.
