摘要
人工智能技术与教育不断融合,正在召唤着一场教育革命。人工智能把教师从烦琐重复的教学工作中解放出来,同时也对其构成挑战。中小学教师应该具备危机意识和变革意识,思考如何充分发挥人类的特性,如何彰显教师这个角色的不可替代性。这需要教师从思想观念、教学内容、教学方法和个人素养等多个方面进行变革,真正做到顺势而为。教师观念上勇于主动适应变革,教学方法上采用个性化教学,转换教师角色,并且精于人文素养、具备良好的信息素养以及学会分享协作,从而为未来更深层次的发展打下坚实的基础,更好地迎接“AI”时代教师的春天。
The continuous integration of artificial intelligence technology and education is calling for an educational revolution.Artificial intelligence frees teachers from cumbersome and repetitive teaching tasks and also challenges them.Primary and secondary school teachers should have a sense of crisis and change,and think about how to give full play to human characteristics,and how to demonstrate the irreplaceability of the role of teachers.This requires teachers to change in many aspects,from ideological concepts,teaching content,teaching methods and to personal qualities,and truly take advantage of the trend.In the aspect of ideological concepts,teachers are supposed to be brave enough to adapt to change;in the aspect of teaching methods,teachers are supposed to conduct personalized teaching,transform the role of the teacher,and be good at humanistic quality,and have good information literacy and learn to share and collaborate,therefore,laying a solid foundation for deeper development in the future and better meeting the spring of teachers in the“AI”era.
