摘要
原有磁流体滑动轴承中,轴承内套外部由n个环形永磁体环绕,产生n-1个环形隔圈,形成磁流体O形圈而产生干摩擦现象。针对上述情况,设计了一种具有永磁体保持架的新型磁流体轴承,实现了磁流体滚动摩擦,克服了干摩擦现象,润滑效果好,密封性能强,特别适用于高转速及有粉尘的环境。
In the original magnetic fluid sliding bearing,the outside of the bearing inner ring are surrounded by n ring permanent magnets,producing n-1 ring separation rings,forming O-shaped rings of magnetic fluid and generating dry friction phenomenon.In view of the above situation,a new type of magnetic fluid bearing with permanent magnet cage is designed,which realizes the rolling friction of magnetic fluid,overcomes the dry friction,has good lubrication effect and strong sealing performance,and is especially suitable for the environment with high rotating speed and dust.
